After a bumper crop of apples in our orchard this year, Farmhand Anna cracked on with making our very own Apple Jellies…one with Lavender from the farm, the other with Chilli, and both delicious!

Lavender Apple Jelly – somewhere between a jam and a honey, spread it on toast, dollop it on a croissant or slather it on a cheeky crumpet.

Chilli Apple Jelly – with just enough heat from the chilli, this jelly pairs perfectly with cheese & biscuits, cold meats or a hot sausage or two!
