This temptation is made in Wales bean to bar by Pablo Spaull of Forever Cacao with 72% unroasted (some people call it raw) dark chocolate and lavender oil distilled on our farm. Â Pablo uses single origin heirloom cacao from ancient forests in Peru and trades directly with local growers. Â He recently took the World Silver at the International Chocolate Awards.
